• iLukiTUp Independent Field Agent Agreement 

    1. Role & Status

    The Agent is engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee.
     The Agent represents iLukiTUp only while performing assigned verification tasks.

    2. Scope of Work

    The Agent agrees to:

    • Perform physical, on-site verification as assigned

    • Provide accurate, original, and unedited evidence

    • Join live video calls when requested

    • Submit reports truthfully and on time

    3. Payment & Profit Sharing

    • Agents earn a percentage of each completed and approved task

    • Payment is released only after evidence is reviewed and approved

    • Transport reimbursements (if applicable) are handled separately

    • iLukiTUp reserves the right to withhold payment for:

      • False reports

      • Incomplete evidence

      • Misrepresentation

      • Breach of agreement

    4. Non-Circumvention (VERY IMPORTANT)

    The Agent agrees not to bypass iLukiTUp by:

    • Accepting direct payments from clients

    • Sharing personal contact details with clients

    • Offering verification services outside the platform to iLukiTUp clients

    🚨 Breach Penalty:

    • Immediate account suspension

    • Forfeiture of pending earnings

    • Permanent removal from iLukiTUp

    • Legal action if financial loss occurs

    5. Confidentiality

    All client information, locations, videos, and reports are confidential.
     Agents must not reuse or share any verification material.

    6. Code of Integrity

    Agents must:

    • Report facts, not opinions

    • Never exaggerate or hide issues

    • Never accept gifts, tips, or inducements from sellers

    7. Termination

    iLukiTUp may terminate this agreement at any time for:

    • Dishonesty

    • Client complaints

    • Policy violations

    • Platform misuse
